Many people in the digital creative industry work in or for advertising. A mad men environment where clients and account managers ask us to create amazing work, often pissing all over it in the end. We carry the responsibility to deliver stunning results without the authority, process and budget we need. The result is frustration. They want us to be super creative and innovative, but only need us to help selling more and more products.
